Hilda Ciaramitaro Hilda Ciaramitaro has been our office manager for 22 years. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Office Management from Eastern Michigan University. Hilda will open all of the probate estates for wrongful death cases and probably help you answer interrogatories (written questions), which are submitted during the course of a case. She keeps careful track of the costs and expenses in a case, and she can tell you any day what they are in regard to your case. |

Kim Pinter Kim Pinter has been a paralegal/legal secretary for 25 years. You will talk with Kim frequently over the course of your case. She schedules depositions, sends notices to you about important court dates, and she can always be relied upon to tell you at what stage your case is at and what will transpire next. |

Rita Herron Rita Herron is our office receptionist and file clerk. You will often talk to her as she answers the phone and directs your telephone call. |

Benjamin Muth Ben attended Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, where he graduated in 2009 earning two degrees:
Ben is currently in his third year of law school at the Vermont Law School, in South Royalton, Vermont. He is set to graduate in May, 2012. In addition to required legal courses, Ben has taken extensive courses in environmental law, with a special focus on Water Law. Ben was a member of the VLS Trial Advocacy Moot Court Team, and will be teaching first-year legal writing to 1L students in the fall. Ben looks forward to earning his J.D. in May 2012 and then returning to Michigan to practice law with the firm. |
